**Job Title: Facilities Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and perform light maintenance duties such as painting, door repairs, and changing light bulbs. The Facilities Technician will maintain training on all relevant procedures (SOPs), record daily, weekly, and monthly cleanings in the cleaning logs, and train in all relevant safety procedures. This role also involves picking up and disposing of waste from assigned areas daily, maintaining all designated equipment in clean and proper working order, keeping an inventory of cleaning solutions and mops, and effectively communicating the status of the area and any issues found. Occasional weekend work is required, about once per month. The work environment includes facilitation duties related to the front end of the operation and office areas, including changing lights, fixing ceiling tiles, climbing ladders, painting removal, and other light electrical duties as required. The role follows proper procedures for maintaining offices and lobby areas, supplies, and facilities in a non-climate-controlled environment under cGMP standards.
