**Facilities Technician 1st Shift $22-25/hr** **Job Description** As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facilities. This includes tasks such as checking compactors, cleaning service courts, painting corridors, and installing/removing marketing materials and holiday decorations. You will also be expected to change light bulbs, check thermostat settings, assist other maintenance team members, and perform various repair and inspection duties. **Responsibilities** + Check compactors and clean up service courts and around compactors. + Paint corridor hallways to restrooms, which will take up 70% of the day. + Install and remove marketing materials and holiday decorations. + Change light bulbs and ballast. + Check thermostat settings and temperatures in electrical rooms. + Assist other maintenance team members as needed. + Generate lighting reports. + Pick up Cuddle Carts and return them to vending machines. + Inspect restrooms and make necessary repairs to toilets, sinks, and urinals. + Perform drywall repairs. + Pick up trash from parking lot beds. + Conduct fire extinguisher inspections. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of facility maintenance experience. + Must have painting experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Skills in facilities maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, cleaning, electrical work, and painting. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team at a premier facility with major retail stores. The role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks, so you must be prepared to work in varying weather conditions.
