**Landscape Site Lead** **Job Description** The landscape site lead is responsible for maintaining the building’s exterior landscaped and non-landscaped areas. The role involves supervising a crew of 5-6 associates, repairing fences and gates, managing storm water, and overseeing landscape and snow removal contractors. This individual will also assist in vehicle and equipment maintenance and perform general landscape duties. **Responsibilities** + Maintain lawn and hog areas throughout the site. + Supervise a crew of 5-6 associates in lawn maintenance. + Repair fences and gates. + Manage storm water. + Supervise landscape and snow removal contractors. + Perform general landscape duties. + Assist in vehicle and equipment maintenance. + Remove trash and repair exterior furniture and fences. + Effectively manage time sheets, billing, proposals, and other office supervisory duties. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of outdoor labor/landscaping experience running mowers and other lawn equipment. + Experience leading a crew of at least 3-5 employees. + Skills in landscape maintenance, mowing, lawn care, and weeding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + First Shift: M-F **Work Environment** This position will be on the grounds at a manufacturing plant.
