Job Description: 

Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry painting, electrical work, and maintenance. The facilities maintenance technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance repairs on facility equipment.

Carpentry: Performs basic rough and finished carpentry repair of structures such as partitions, walls, doors, fences, window frames, office furniture, roofs and shelvesElectrical: Performs basic electrical repair work for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, appliances, and lighting systems; reports unsafe electrical conditions.Plumbing: Identifies and performs basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks; opens clogged lines and drains; replaces seals and other minor parts; maintains drinking fountains, replaces, repairs and maintains hot water heaters and other appliancesPainting: Applies and prepares various surfaces of paint, enamel, lacquer, varnish, or stain and repairs wall coveringsPlumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, data linesMaintains roofing systems, driveways, and groundsMaintain regular and emergency lighting equipmentDisposal of solvent and aqueous waste streamsMachine servicing and electrical workRepair and maintain building equipment (fans, HVAC, etc.)

Must Haves:

Ability to repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on utility equipment including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.Previous experience working with work order management system

Skills:

This is a fully on-site position in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Shift (Flexible): 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Can vary by an hour earlier or later if needed)
