Facility maintenance technician provides guidance and training  for HVAC, energy management, building automation, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, painting, equipment maintenance and general construction practices. 

Facility Technician Duties & Responsibilities

Performs basic repairs on plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems  Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment Direct and participate in facility plumbing repairs Troubleshoots and performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures Troubleshoot and fix any plumbing related issues Maintenance Technician-Mechanic will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of all site HVAC equipment by performing the majority of the PM Will be required to document daily activities, work order resolution, equipment maintenance and repair activities, inventory tracking, warehouse activity As an example, some other duties and responsibilities this position may require as follows Areas of responsibility include all preventive and reactive building and site maintenance Assist Housekeeping staff with any projects or repairs Facility cleanliness

Qualifications

5 years of Job related experience.
