We are looking for a Facilities Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace for all employees.
In This Role\nProvide hands-on support for operational needs, including facility upkeep and maintenance \nManage inventory for parts and supplies necessary for repairs and improvements\nMaintain cleanliness of facility through sweeping, mopping, dusting, yard work, and building maintenance\nOperate equipment such as floor scrubbers and compactors for trash and scrap removal\nContribute to safety initiatives, including emergency preparedness and safety committees\nIdentify and report maintenance issues, spills, or hazardous conditions promptly\nRestock cleaning supplies in common areas, bathrooms, and breakrooms as needed\nEnsure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment\nContribute to continuous improvement of workplace safety and practices\nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities required\nProficiency in Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry, and general repairs, including the ability to fix windows, doors, locks, and other building components \nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately count and sort items\nBasic knowledge of cleaning products and procedures, or willingness to learn\nMultitasks effectively while working independently or as part of a team\nMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies\nSteel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours\n
