Job Description
As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for entering and completing work orders on a phone or laptop, managing vendor communication, and performing various maintenance tasks. You will also need to move furniture between sites, handle carpentry, assemble furniture, and ensure site security systems are operational. This role requires the use of your personal truck or van, for which mileage reimbursement is provided. You will work on a rotating on-call basis for after-hours emergency work as needed.

Work Environment
This role involves working at multiple locations throughout Seattle, including over 50+ healthcare centers and 15 schools in the Seattle School District. The facilities are maintained to high medical standards and are kept clean and sanitary. You will be traveling between sites based on work order needs, ensuring a dynamic and varied work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.50
