Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team. The candidate will work a 223 schedule from 7am to 7pm, with one opening available for day shifts and another for night shifts. The role involves performing various repairs throughout a large distribution facility, including mechanical repairs on garage doors and bays, as well as facility maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting. HVAC and boiler experience is not required. The candidate should be comfortable with heights due to the need to fix light fixtures on the ceiling and have minor motor/electrical experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large distribution facility where you will be working both indoors and outdoors. The schedule follows a 223 pattern with 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm. There is one opening for day shifts and one for night shifts. The dress code is casual but appropriate for maintenance work, including safety gear when necessary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Eden, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $29.00
