Job Description
The Facilities Technician will be responsible for building repairs throughout the facility, including drywall hanging, repairing and replacing electrical outlets and light fixtures, snow removal (shoveling and salting sidewalks), and stripping and waxing floors as needed. You will also help repair and maintain rooftop HVAC units. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary for working with outside suppliers and contractors.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with some flexibility on start and end times (e.g., 8am to 4pm). The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit. You will be following FDA regulations for work.
