Summary

Amprius is seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Associate to join our team and ensure efficient maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, maintain a safe and clean working environment. This role will report to the Facilities Manager. This is a 3-month TEMP role with the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities Routine Maintenance: Conduct inspections to maintain and keep track of equipment to ensure they are maintained. Inform manager and schedule maintenance if needed. Maintain records of maintenance activities, accurately documenting of tasks performed and replacement parts utilized. Repairs and Troubleshooting: Swiftly respond to equipment breakdowns, efficiently troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs to minimize operational downtime. Equipment Management: Establish and maintain an organized system for spare equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring easy accessibility and an efficient workflow. Assist in equipment installation: Safely lift and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds, demolition, relocation, and maintenance tasks Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies, replacement parts, and consumables, ensuring optimal availability for ongoing operations. Provide assistance to employees with minor repairs and requests.
