Description
TruStile Doors is looking for a highly skilled and versatileFacilities Technician IIIto join our maintenance team. In this role, you will ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of our complex facility systems. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and lead preventive maintenance programs to guarantee the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols, participate in safety training, and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and specialized equipment.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair biomass and natural gas boilers, electrostatic precipitator (ESP) systems, absorption chillers, cooling towers, fluid coolers, fire alarm and monitoring systems, burglar systems, badge and access point systems, lighting systems, and security camera systems.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and diagnose potential issues before they become major problems.
- Be prepared to respond to facility emergencies, such as power outages or equipment failures, to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Manage inventory for maintenance supplies and spare parts using the CMMS and other resources, including timely reordering and inventory tracking, in collaboration with the maintenance buyer.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations, ensuring all work meets company standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage energy consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and generate reports to track maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor junior technicians and foster a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with environmental sustainability practices and participate in recycling and waste management programs.
- Provide weekend and emergency support as needed, with flexibility for occasional overtime work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certificate/degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a facilities maintenance role with a broad range of technical skills, including experience with specialized systems mentioned.
- Proficiency with CMMS programs and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Valid driver’s license required; additional certifications for specialized equipment maintenance preferred.

Pay Range:
$35.71-$40.79
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
