**What You will Do:**
**_Client Focus_**
+ Manage site and provide smooth operation for the Client by using the required CBRE, Client and any other tools that may be required
+ Management of the provision of the FM services provided to the Client site, with overall responsibility for the FM operation in the premises occupied, including any reception duties that may be required during each working day, this include management of hard and soft services
+ Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
+ Keep in regular contact with the CBRE account leadership and Client suppliers to provide smooth operations
+ Keep in contact with the building Landlord and its Facility Management as representative on behalf of client
+ Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
+ Prepare and maintain different reports requested by Line Managers or the finance team.
+ Accomplish the tasks what his/her line manager and managers above entrust with
+ Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
+ Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
**Team management/Supplier Management**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
+ Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
+ Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities
+ Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met on monthly basis
+ Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
+ Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
+ Take responsibility to manage the CBRE SI7 workorders, updates to the Webcore (workspace tool) system, Harbour, and other applications related to this position.
+ Participate to contracts negotiations to optimize delivery and cost saving
**Finance**
+ Effective financial control of the site budget, full financial process compliance and complaint cost management of operating and capital budget
+ Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for projects.
+ Tracking the annual Purchase Orders and the invoices re. due date with the financial department
+ Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
+ Participate in supplier contract negotiations to optimize delivery and cost saving
**EHS**
+ Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities including reporting of incidents and accidents in Harbour and any relevant client system.
+ First contact for FM emergencies
+ React immediately
+ Active support (vendor, Landlord, etc…)
+ Notify line manager in real time
+ Provide event report immediately as per process, within maximum 1 hour
+ Avoid any health and safety incident due to poor housekeeping or maintenance, ensure security requirements are meet with CBRE and Client expectations
**What You will Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
+ Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial- related calculations.
