We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Attendant to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily laundering of towels, maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of locker rooms, exercise equipment, and office areas, as well as performing some front desk duties. Provides daily laundering of towels, maintains locker rooms, exercise equipment and office area cleanliness/upkeep and some front desk work. Key Accountabilities + Provides daily laundering/folding/restocking of towels. + Maintains office area. + Performs general facility maintenance responsibilities; ensures facility, equipment and locker rooms are clean and stocked at all times.Ensures personal and facility appearance meet standards. + Cleans exercise equipment, fitness floor, group exercise flooring, rubber flooring. and mirrors. + Verifies laundry equipment is operating properly and immediately reports any potentially unsafe conditions. + Projects and other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements + High School Diploma or GED. + Must be 18 or older. + Ability to work 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. + Current First Aid and CPR/AED certifications a plus but not required. + Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. + Ability to stand all day and lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted.
