Objectives\n
Facility\/Building maintenance position is responsible for preventative maintenance, major and minor repairs of all types for the building, hangars, and mechanical equipment. This position is responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance to provide a comfortable, clean, and safe facility for customers, pilots, and employees.
Responsibilities and Duties\n\nResponsible for ensuring all projects are completed in a safe and timely manner as to not affect the customer or team member experience.\nEvaluate and repair the broad array of facility-related maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical. Carpentry, painting, masonry, and roadways. When necessary, coordinate with appropraite sub-contractor.\nAssist in strategic planning and execution of new constructions, architectural and design activities.\nConduct inspections of building and grounds identifying maintenance and safety problems implementing corrective action as needed.\nSchedule work order, place vendor bids for materials, select vendors and prepare requisitions.\nMaintain OSHA Safety Standards and other policies and procedure of Million Air.\nMaintain a positive team oriented attitude.\nAct as a liaison with state and local officials having regulatory oversight and inspection responsibilities.\nProvide maintenance and upkeep of the building interior and exterior. Ensure entire facility is kept in \"new\" condition. Adhere to company policies, procedures and rules.\n\n

Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the General Manager
Work Environment
This position works outside in all types of weather conditions with possible contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft. This position may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:\n\nMust be able to lift 75 pounds\nPossible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery\nOutside work in all types of weather conditions\nPosition requires bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping and climbing a ladder.\n\n

This is a non-exempt position
This position may requires working evenings and weekends, and on scheduled company holidays.
