Role description:

Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating system, alarms, security cameras)  Fixing minor issues in appliances or arranging for repairs when needed Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses  Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, utilities, security guards) Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor and follow up cost performance on site  on actual versus budget, including forecasts.  Monitor and follow up quality performance  on site based on predefined quality measures.  Liaise with Internal Stakeholders.   Create and maintain FM plans containing activities to meet requirements for the Sites and other properties, balancing scheduled and reactive work.  Responsible for the FM budget based on agreed requirements and planned activities.  Set goals on relevant KPIs   Secure contract documentation including changes.
