Safety & Quality:
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standard processesLeading quality improvement initiatives in area of expertise to reduce Fab impacts, improve efficiency and drive cost savingsOwning content of construction specifications, design standards and design checklists that ensure quality, efficiency, and safe workCommunication & Collaboration:
Partnering with key team members to develop solutions to continuously improve critical metricsListening to customer feedback, recognizing opportunities, and driving technical innovationCoordinating contracted engineers, designers, and manufacturers to deliver results on projects and initiatives which they have been hired to provide.Project Management/Planning:
Leading projects to ensure work is completed within the required scope, schedule, and budgetPreparing project Basis of design (BOD) documentation for bidding by third parties.Tracking system capacities and future loading to ensure upgrades are completed on timeReview and approval of project design drawings and 3D modelsReview and approval of field installations during constructionReview and acceptance of commissioned systemsReview and approval of equipment and component submittals and RFI’sQualifications:
Confirmed ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectivelyValidated skills in working effectively with team members from different subject areasDemonstrated ability to continuously learn and self-improveProven ability to communicate and present technical information effectively to all audiencesProven experience with electrical system designsEducation and Experience:
Required: Bachelor's Degree; Electrical EngineeringPreferred: 5 or more years of proven experienceWIlling to travel and relocate in TW
