We are seeking a skilled Facility Coordinator for BU Yanfeng AutomotiveInteriors to oversee the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of our facilitiesand assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy management, facility maintenance, andcost optimization, ensuring efficient operations while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

•    Oversee the planning,design, and construction of facilities, ensuring effective maintenance and asset management
•    Manage energy usage and facility maintenance to optimize operations and reducecosts
•    Ensure continuous, uninterrupted power and compressed air supplyfor machine operations
•    Administer facility maintenance budgets and workon cost-reduction initiatives
•    Collaborate with facility owners and service providers for maintenance and operations
•    Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
•    Manage energy costs and ensure environmental sustainability in facility management
•    Comply with all relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations
•    Ensure compliance with service standards in facility security and canteen operations
•    Organize employee transport to and from work efficiently
•    Oversee vendor selection, tender preparation, and procurement activities
•    Adapt systems, processes, and KPIs to meet changing organizational requirements and market standards
•    Serve as the point of contact for external parties, including government and industry stakeholders
•    Ensure safety and health standards are maintained within the facility
•    Generate reports and KPI data for facility performance
•    Foster synergies between departments and promote coordinated operations
•    Report accidents, occupational diseases, and injuries
•    Implement and maintain internal quality procedures related to facility operations
•    Manage activities according to the latest version ofthe Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibility Matrix (HSE)

Requirements:

•    Technical education at level 6 or 7
•    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
