Description Job Title: Facility Coordinator Job Summary: Maintain efficient and smooth operations of the physical jobsite Work Location: 300 Continental Blvd, Suite 400, El Segundo, CA 90245 - onsite only (no remote work) Work hours: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (except JAL observed holidays in the USA) Duties/Responsibilities: + Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean and functional environment + Daily operations of mail duties - processing of outgoing and incoming mail & packages + Daily operations and maintenance of office equipment + Procurement and maintenance of office supplies + Liaises with the office building management to promptly address facility-related issues + Liaises with outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems + Participate on office emergency preparedness planning and drills + Office reception (door monitoring, visitor passes) + Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: + Proficiency in English (verbal/written) + Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs). + Ability to work independently and in a team environment + Maintain a professional attitude and appearance Physical Requirements: + Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
