Key Responsibilities:
Pest Control Program Oversight:Develop, implement, and manage the pest control program to ensure a pest-free environment.Coordinate with pest control service providers and certified entomologists to conduct annual facility evaluations.Determine the selection and placement of pest control devices and establish threshold limits for each device.Monitor and evaluate pest control devices regularly, documenting species and numbers captured.Define and manage escalation processes for exceeding threshold limits, undesirable trends, and missing or damaged devices.Review monthly and semi-annual service reports and perform quarterly and annual evaluations of the pest control program.Facilities Management:Support the overall maintenance and operation of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Conduct regular space audits and update space inventory lists.Coordinate with project teams on facilities planning and incorporation into design for new fit-outs.Manage office renovation and relocation projects.Plan and execute workplace enhancement programs, reconfigurations, and seating arrangements.Manage multiple vendors to deliver services on time and within budget.Prepare and manage budgets, perform cost control, and handle financial administration, including invoice processing.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all facilities management activities comply with GxP standards and regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain GxP policies, procedures, and processes.Conduct risk assessments and participate in change control processes to ensure compliance with GxP standards.Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections by preparing documentation and coordinating responses to observations.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on pest control and regulated environments.Strong knowledge of GxP standards and experience working in regulated industries.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in pest control management or related field.Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Working Conditions:
This position may require occasional travel to other sites.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.Location:
