Facility Coordinator - Technical Services

Maintain a record of helpdesk tickets and planned maintenance activities to ensure they are tracked and managed effectively.Engage with users and clients to address any escalations or issues related to HD tickets or PM activities.Organize and deliver training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the maintenance support team, technicians, and supervisors.Establish effective communication and collaboration with vendors to coordinate activities and ensure smooth service delivery.Maintain regular coordination with the lead of the MES AMC hub to facilitate effective communication and alignment of activities.Monitor and manage the observations made during planned maintenance activities, ensuring that they are addressed and closed in a timely manner.Generate comprehensive technical reports summarizing the findings, observations, and actions taken during HD tickets and PM activities.Identify and document any potential risks arising from HD tickets or PM activities and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.Monitor and record energy consumption patterns to identify areas for improvement and implement energy-saving initiatives.Facilitate the smooth execution of planned shutdown activities by coordinating and communicating with relevant stakeholders.Keep a record of critical inventory items at each site, ensuring their availability and proper management to minimize any disruptions.Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing important data, manuals, backups, and other relevant documentation.Identify and compile a list of any remaining issues or snags that need to be addressed after the completion of a project and share it with the client.Assist in conducting technical audits by providing necessary support, coordination, and documentation.

Report and document incidents that occur during HD tickets or PM activities and conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying causes and prevent future occurrences
