What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

*In accordance with C&W Services policies and procedures, this position delivers facility operations call center and business analysis services in support of the integrated facilities services program across multiple sites for a key client account with the position housed in a facility located in Wayzata, MN.

Facility Dispatcher Role:

Issues requiring a response include but are not limited to Building Management Systems (BMS) alarms, Security system alarms, emergency coordination calls, global security calls, food safety calls, and facility service request calls.Dispatching various groups to address clientele needs: custodial, maintenance, security, electrician, grounds, etc.Actively monitor CCTV (Closed Circuit Television)Responsible for initial data input for all requested work orders and appropriate escalation of work orders based on priority level.Responsible for data input on reported incidents with appropriate responses, completed in a timely manner.Responsible for maintaining knowledge of current call center policies and procedures.  Ensure performance of quality work and regularly communicate status of work orders, devices, and systems to clients, customers and IFM Business Manager or Supervisor as appropriate.Quality program implementation: Provides data, reporting and analysis to support the quality program, provides continuous process improvement.Interaction, coordinating and leading work tasks with informal and formal teams, with other employees and customer representatives from various departments demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times.Perform all other tasks as assigned by Facility Manager or Account Supervisor in response to the needs of the client Responsible for coordination and participating in training and continued professional development in the areas of advancing technology, safety, and general skill improvement.

Lead Role:

Conduct call center new hire, advanced, and hands-on documented training.Verify call center entries/reports have full details and follow-up for the client; verify email inquiries are completed in a timely manner.Report issues to the Facility Manager or Account Supervisor.Small projects or reporting through in-house staff or client; Parking guidance system, maximo requests.Available for coordination of call center coverage Tuesday- Saturday 1400-2200; Sunday-Monday in the event of a no-show or call-off. Can work flexible hours to accommodate call center needs

Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GEDExperience: Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years' call center experience.Additional Skills: Good facilitator skills and strong computer skills. Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization. Ability to lead work within cross-functional teams.

The compensation for the position is: $19.00 - $22.92
