Job Description: Facility Executive Soft Services:

FACILITY EXECUTIVE - SOFT SERVICES

Roles And Responsibilities :

Site Operations ManagementMonitoring of Housekeeping related activitiesManaging stock of all the consumable and ordering on monthly basisInterfacing with the pest control for carrying out the pest control activities at the facility.Monitoring the mail room activitiesPreparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reportsCollecting all documents from the vendor for compliance audit and cost sheet preparationInteracting with the Housekeeping vendor.Taking facility rounds and find out snags and  corrective measures by making necessary edits in SOP/checklistFollow up and closure of tasks.Effectively manage Facility team to ensure an on time deliverable system.Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained.Provide assistance to FM in all administrative functions, facility services and any other administrative functions deemed by Client.Ownership of the Day to day facility operations, including reports generation of the stocks tracker.Muster all the housekeeping staff of the shift before deployment and communicate the priorities of the day.Inspect the turn out and attendance of the staff and sign the shift register.Meet the housekeeping in supervisor during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints.Communicate to the JLL-FM all incidents issues and pending problems.Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in and initiate immediate rectification actions.Monthly Accruals.forecast/variance to be submitted to the FinanceCo-ordinate with Space planner for any moves.Soft services stores and stocks to be maintained.Indent monthly requirements for Soft services as per the month's budget.Involve in Vendor staff Training & Development.Laundry vendor co-ordination.Oversee indoor plants requirements at site.Maintain Asset Register

Strong knowledge of property operations

Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.

Indepth knowledge of budgeting/accrual/forecastInventory controls chemical MSDS Vendor Management

Solid background in team management

Are you an adept leader with a proven track record in managing a team? Are you capable of effectively rolling out improvement plans? Do you possess superior communications and reporting skills? If these soft skills are your areas of expertise, then we are more than thrilled to have you aboard.
