Prioritising the facilities’ needs
Working with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager, you’ll oversee the property’s day-to-day operations and ensure you have thorough facility walkthrough rounds of the entire facility on daily basis, you’ll strive for continuous improvement in the process.
While on daily rounds you will make a note of all the observations of facility walkthrough round and have the same discussed with respective teams like housekeeping, maintenance, cafeteria and security etc to get resolution on the same.
You’ll also keep an eye out on the property’s supplies and ensure that it has adequate stocks and materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. You will be ensuring that sufficient amount of all the consumables ( pantry / toiletries etc ) are available on site and we also maintain a buffer stock of the same.
In addition, you will also be maintaining a good PR with key stakeholders in the facility and on the production floors so that they reach out to you as a SPOC for any facility related concerns.
Also part of your mandate is to monitor the housekeeping staff for their deployment numbers on site, grooming, uniforms, daily scheduled cleaning activities, staff training’s etc.
Going above and beyond expectations
Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, you’ll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You’ll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
In addition, you’ll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance. You’ll also be in charge of creating stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients.

Strong knowledge of property operations
Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, We welcome freshers from the hotel management background who have interest in making facilities management as their career. Should be a team player who would love to gel up with wide range of people.
Solid background in team management
Are you an enthusiastic go to person who would like to be on the floors, meeting people and solving their queries? Are you capable of effectively rolling out improvement plans?
