Facility Group Leader
**Job Description** + Candidates will be in charge of a Union Facility Group in a large automotive facility + They will be overseeing trades workers doing repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems + The role includes managing repairs, scheduling, and ordering + Candidates will spend approximately 70% of their time walking the floor and 30% of their time on office and computer work **Responsibilities** + Oversee trades workers performing repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems + Manage repair schedules and order necessary materials + Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively + Hold workers accountable to metrics, attendance, and customer service standards + Utilize computer skills for managing schedules, emails, and documentation + Walk the facility floor to monitor progress and address issues **Required** + Must had 1+ years of experience in manufacturing setting + Have computer skills for managing schedules, emails, and documentation + Be open to overtime if necessary **Shift** **1st Shift:** Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
