**Job Title: Facility Group Leader** **Job Description** Candidates will be in charge of a Union Facility Group at the Warren Tech Center. They will oversee trades workers performing repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems. The role involves managing repairs, scheduling, and ordering. Candidates will spend 70% of their time walking the floor and 30% in the office and doing computer work.
