Job Title: Facility Group Leader Job DescriptionCandidates will be in charge of contractors doing work and ensuring their safety They will be responsible for ensuring that contractors are performing their tasks safely and according to the project scopeThe candidate will need to report information on a spreadsheet, hold contractors accountable to the project's scope, stay organized throughout the day, communicate effectively with contractors and the customer, walk through different buildings to conduct safety observations, and enter data into trackers and various systemsThis role will be 50% in the field and 50% in the site operations buildingThe position follows a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional extended hoursResponsibilitiesOversee contractors' work and ensure their safety onsiteEnsure contractors are adhering to the project scopeReport project information on spreadsheetsHold contractors accountable to the project scopeStay organized throughout the dayConduct safety observations by walking through different buildingsEnter data into trackers and various systemsEssential SkillsExperience in contract management and administrationKnowledge of safety proceduresProficiency in data entry and customer serviceLeadership skillsExperience in facilities managementProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Strong organization and communication skillsPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25
