ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, test, operate, and repair all refrigeration and related equipment for preserving food, making ice, cooling water, air conditioning, heating, and ventilationCalibrate, repair, and maintain all pneumatic control systems and related equipmentCheck, service, clean, and replace filters in all A/C air handling and heating units and document the sameClean and maintain grills, ducts, and shaft ways in A/C, ventilating, and exhaust systemsUnderstand and demonstrate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration codes and practices, and coordinate work between/with other tradesComplete preventative maintenance as scheduled and keep recordsRespond to any emergency repair/maintenance situation as requiredMaintain critical inventory needed to keep operations running; maintain and account for tools usedMaintain a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workersShift

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $73840.00

Union Benefits. Direct hire from day one and will get union benefits after 90 days. This is the UAW.
