Job Title: Facility HVAC TechnicianJob Description

Seeking a skilled HVAC service technician to join our team! They will be expected to perform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and making necessary repairs. Technicians will work on rooftops and within the facility, climbing ladders and using lifts. The position offers a 40-hour work week with multiple shift openings.

ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, test, operate, and repair all refrigeration and related equipment for preserving food, making ice, cooling water, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.Calibrate, repair, and maintain all pneumatic control systems and related equipment.Check, service, clean, and replace filters in all A/C air handling and heating units, documenting the same.Clean and maintain grills, ducts, and shaft ways in A/C, ventilating, and exhaust systems.Understand and demonstrate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration codes and practices, and coordinate work between/with other trades.Complete preventative maintenance as scheduled and keep records.Respond to any emergency repair/maintenance situation as required.Essential Skills & Qualifications Commercial or Industrial HVAC Service ExperienceState Certified Journeyman card holder or 8 years of HVAC service experienceTroubleshooting and making repairsExperience working on RTU's, chillers, water towers or cooling towers, VFD's, boilers\\Experience working with boilers and refrigeration systems. Ability to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. EPA CertifiedJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $73840.00
