Primary responsibilities include:

Effectively work with a variety of hand/ power tools.Travel to different locations to perform landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and fertilizing.Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.Work with othe Facility Maintenance Technicians to accomplish complex projects.Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner.Keep track of company truck and gas card.(work vehicle is provided-If needed)Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record to operate commercial motor vehiclesAdhere to all local state (provincial) and federal vehicular regulations while driving.

Education/Training: 

High school diploma or equivalent 

Work Environment: 

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields. 

Physical Demands: 

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
