For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license • Three (3) years prior experience required as an facility technician **Responsibilities:** • Ensure strict adherence to critical facility work rule and safety procedures • Communicate and adhere to applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, and regulations • Operate standard office equipment using basic computer skills • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for daily communication and reports • Perform physical counts of inventory on job sites and at facilities • Ensure inventory is stored properly for inventory type (ex: sensitive electronics are temperature controlled) • Assist with the daily/weekly/monthly walk-through of customer facilities in support of data center(s) and office operations • Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment • Assist with scheduling of preventative maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance with minimal disruption of building services • Respond quickly to emergency situations and customer concerns • Ensure Critical Facilities Technician, Contract Manager and/or Customer receive timely verbal and written operating reports regarding critical systems and ongoing preventative maintenance • Escort subcontractors as required A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
