Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare license applications and supporting regulatory documents, including preparation of responses to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and other regulator questions.Establish and maintain effective business relationships with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and non-US nuclear regulators as main point of contact.Provide expert knowledge of the US NRC and non-US nuclear rules and regulations for fuel facilities and fuel products.Support resolution of nuclear licensing/regulatory compliance issues, including required requests for additional information.Support management efforts to ensure nuclear license/regulatory requirements are met.Interface with project teams and regulatory personnel on regulatory issues, and secure applicable permissions and approvals related to work scopes.Maintain nuclear licensing basis documents and correspondence records.Manage periodic and reactive nuclear regulatory inspections.Participation in Wilmington Emergency Organization (EO) as the Licensing Advisor is required. Respond to site emergency events as required.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum 2 years experience with Regulatory compliance.Eligibility Requirements
