About the Role

As a Facility Maintenance Field Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical facility systems across multiple sites. With technical proficiency in at least one area (such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations) and experience across others, you’ll bring a well-rounded skill set to keep our facilities safe, efficient, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Control systems.

Multi-Facility Travel: Travel between sites with ease using a company-provided vehicle and gas card to ensure each facility operates flawlessly.

HVAC & Equipment Optimization: Clean, inspect, calibrate, and adjust HVAC systems and other equipment to ensure peak performance.

Inventory & Contractor Coordination: Manage facility supplies, oversee inventory, and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality maintenance work at the best prices.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain organized workspaces, and conduct hazard assessments to keep work areas safe.

Documentation & Quality Control: Record equipment readings, maintain logs of maintenance activities, and regularly inspect tools to ensure they’re in safe working order.

What We’re Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience: 5-7 years in commercial building systems maintenance and repair.

Technical Skills: Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Certifications: EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification is a plus.

Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Word and Excel for documentation.

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications: Two years of technical schooling in electrical system design, HVAC, or refrigeration.

Pay Details: $45.56 per hour
