As a Facility Maintenance and Groundskeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our grounds and facilities. Every day will bring a variety of tasks that keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming for all.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

Keeping the grounds, parking lot, and building exterior neat and orderlyHandling light maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and painting containersOrganizing and delivering supplies or packagesEnsuring water coolers are full and boxes are stockedCleaning, restocking, and keeping frequently used areas in top condition

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Be self-motivated Enjoy working inside/outside in any weather conditionBe able to work independently with little supervision or as part of a teamKnow how to operate a sit-down forklift or be willing to learnNeed to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry loads of up to 50 lbs or morePlease note: This position requires a good amount of walking!
