**OLSTEN STAFFING IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING IN THE SUMTER, SC AREA FOR A FACILITY MAINTENANCE POSITION FOR A LOCAL APARTMENT.** **Job Summary** The candidate will perform a variety of manual tasks that require physical strength, such as moving materials and products which can weigh between 50 to 60 pounds. They will also need basic plumbing, construction, and electrical knowledge to help with repairs throughout the facility. **Skill Requirements** Must-Have: + Ability to perform **lifting** of items weighing 50 to 60 lbs. + Basic **plumbing** skills (Examples include: unclogging commodes/sinks, repairs to commodes or sinks as well) + Basic **electrical** skills (Examples include: changing an outlet/ballast, with possible assignment in ceiling fans) + Basic Construction skills (Examples include: fixing damaged floors or damage to drywall, or even replacing drywall in some areas.) + Valid **driver's license** + **HVAC Background is would be great but not required** Pay Rate ranges from $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience and work history.
