Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager BHAS, the Facility Manager is responsible for the coordination of all Facilities Management services and all communication with Building Representatives and building users as required. The incumbent ensures that Facilities Management services in the facilities under their area of responsibility are performed in aprofessional, consistent, and timely manner, in accordance with the Facilities Management
Division goals and objectives.

Manages building operations and maintenance and monitors provided services to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and standards. Coordinates all internal and external contractors, workers, and vendors. Designs a suggestion and complaints system and ensures resolution. Schedules shutdowns and coordinates emergency response efforts.
