Facility Manager

The Facility Manager will work collaboratively within the facility management team to deliver integrated facility management services including client relations, capital projects, planning and site work orders in a Manufacturing/Industrial building. 

 The individual we are seeking will play an instrumental part in building and maintaining a transparent partnership and exceptional customer service experience.  The role will manage and coordinate account related deliverables and responds to client satisfaction concerns. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Planning:

 Facilitate the resolution of service delivery issues by working with JLL Sourcing, Finance, and suppliers

 
Relationship Management:

Manage the relationship with site colleagues, Client and JLL leadership (corporate and site) and service delivery partners.Ability to be flexible and work with a diverse team(s)

 
Financial Management

Monitor expenditure, analyze variances and trends and implement resulting action plans, and forecasting year end results, working in collaboration with JLL COEs to improve performance.Effectively develop financial performance metrics and initiatives working in collaboration with JLL COEs and FM / Site Lead.
 

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Support KPIs to deliver the right services at the right costs and qualityParticipate as a team member, subject matter expert or team leader as and when required to support Site LeaderMeet timelines and targets set by COESupport FM with non-standard requests from the client.Support the coordination and management of custodial functions for site(s)Coordinate with local contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance of the JLL equipment.Complete reports and perform other administrative duties as required.

 
 
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience in a management role (7-10 years minimum). Master’s Degree in relevant discipline, preferred.Sound track record with minimum of 7 - 10 years of Facility/Project Management experienceExperience of managing /working with multi-disciplinary teamsAble to demonstrate a professional career and subject matter expertise within IFM/Soft Services
