Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate facility maintenance and upkeep to ensure requirements are met.Monitor building access and protective alarm systems.Develop and maintain space utilization plans to ensure optimal configuration of personnel, facilities, and equipment in support of the customer/client training program.Conduct inspections of facilities, grounds, walkways, and parking to identify deficiencies/problems, repair/clean small deficiencies, or initiate work requests.Comply in accordance with Fort Cavazos Regulation 420-27 and assume responsibility for safekeeping of those facilities provided for their use and shall take precautions to prevent fire hazards, odors, accumulation of toxic fumes, and vermin.Coordinate directly with the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), with notification to the COR, for emergency repairs sch as oil, gas, water leaks, or power failures.Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma6 years’ experience working either in the military or in support of defense contractMust have a Texas Driver’s LicenseMust be able to create reports using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust be able to communicate succinctly with customer and clientNo clearance requiredMust be able to lift to 25 poundsMust be willing to travel between North Fort Cavazos and West Fort Cavazos dailyKBR Benefits
