Your Role As our Facilities Manager, you will be our bastion of Quality, Safety, Healthy, and Environmental excellence. You will be the point person for any concerns and/or improvements relating to our Detroit office. To thrive in this role you will not only come with prior experience in facilities management, you will have a passion for continuous improvement and making our office space environmentally conscious. Your Responsibilities Act as our Local Quality Manager, adhering to QSHE (Quality, safety, Health, and Environment) policies and procedures Responsible for OSHA ReportingRegularly update our employment information for compliance with state and federal lawsManage vendors and vendor payments within purchasing softwareEnsure that all aspects of office operations are managed efficiently and effectivelyMaintain the corporate apartment(s) scheduleSubmit tickets for facility issues and following through to resolutionMaintain security and access systemsResponsible for shipping and receiving of materials and documents Your Skills and Experiences Minimum High School Degree/Diploma5+ years experience in a Facilities management positions at a minimumProject lead experience, particularly in environmental safety and efficiencyComfortable being on-call, occasionally working outside standard 8am-5pm hours for facilities emergencies, maintinece needs, etc
