Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of assigned buildings/ estatesEnsure that contractors perform their services as per agreed KPIsManage expenditure, address to operational and administrative issues, and ensure procedures are carried out properlyRecommend, provide justification for, and follow-through the variation of work orders within delegated authorityEstablish good relations between own team members and building ownersPrepare and present weekly service/maintenance and monthly management reports

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management or equivalent with 5 years of relevant work experienceDiploma with minimum 8 years of relevant work (M&E and Supervisory) experienceExperience in M&E preventive and corrective maintenance
