Facility Manager - Combined Operation

Job Purpose                                       

Familiarity with the variety of field concepts supporting technical and commercial aspects but will certainly be used to plan projects and accomplish execution goals. Whilst this is a generic job description covering the different levels of the Applications Engineer position, all aspects of the roles and responsibilities are relevant.

The position shall be inclusive of Engineering Sales, focused on providing advice on commercial and invoicing support to operations teams and conducting technical analysis of product configurations to determine customer specific pricing including: ∙Preparing commercial analysis via BSA ∙Researching customer technical requirements with support from sales and operations teams and estimating the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the product or solution ∙Evaluating sales proposals to ensure they are commercially and technically accurate and consistent with the organization’s quality standards. The monitoring of current contracts and contract extensions with focus on commercial and technical optimization. May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and conduct initial user training.

 

 Responsibilities

Contribute, participate or lead equipment failure investigations that support Root Cause Analysis reports. Where the level of the role requires, oversees and mentors Field Operation crew members. Performs other duties and activities safely as assigned by the supervisor within physical constraints of the job. Assists with ITT and RFQ administration and preparation.  Assist with Invoicing process as well as lead invoice clarification and resolution with clients. Participate in periodic Drop inspection with HSE for Office ,workshop, Warehouse, Equipment & yard and create an action plan. Ref : GL-WFT-OEPS-L3-20.06 Ensure daily use of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Toolbox Talk by the Base Facilities Staff Ensure timelyParticipate in periodic Drop inspection with HSE for Office ,workshop, Warehouse, Equipment & yard and create an action plan. Ref : GL-WFT-OEPS-L3-20.06 Ensure daily use of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Toolbox Talk by the Base Facilities Staff Ensure timely completion of MENA / Country HSE Plan tasks completion of MENA / Country HSE Plan tasks  

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Technical Sales experience also beneficial. 2.5 - 4 years’ experience in Oil & gas industry
