The Soft Service Manager is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the facilities management teams and service contracts which the company has with the Project Site.Job Description
The Soft Service Manager is involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Areas of responsibility include:
• Automated Preventive Maintenance programs;
• Setting up automated work order systems;
• Procurement;
• Initiating energy management systems;
• Building and grounds maintenance;
• Cleaning;
• Health and safety;
• Security;
• Utilities and communications infrastructure;
• Space management.
