Job Description
1. Technical & Operational Expertise
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS (Building Management Systems).Experience in preventive & predictive maintenance strategies.Proficiency in energy management and sustainability practices.Understanding of asset management & lifecycle planning.2. Compliance & Safety
Familiarity with local regulations, fire safety norms, and environmental compliance.Experience in conducting safety audits & risk assessments.Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).3. Budgeting & Cost Control
Expertise in OPEX & CAPEX management , CAM management etcCost optimization and financial planning for facilities operations.4. Leadership & Team Management
Strong leadership to manage large teams & multiple sites.Ability to train and mentor technical staff.5. Crisis Management & Business Continuity
Experience in emergency preparedness & disaster recovery planning.Quick decision-making in high-pressure situations.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
