Job Description Summary

The role of the Facilities Manager is responsible for the Co-ordination of the operational management of buildings and
associated facilities to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects, which encompasses safe and
productive environments for the occupants

Job Description

1. Technical & Operational Expertise

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS (Building Management Systems).Experience in preventive & predictive maintenance strategies.Proficiency in energy management and sustainability practices.Understanding of asset management & lifecycle planning.

2. Compliance & Safety

Familiarity with local regulations, fire safety norms, and environmental compliance.Experience in conducting safety audits & risk assessments.Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

Expertise in OPEX & CAPEX management , CAM management etcCost optimization and financial planning for facilities operations.

4. Leadership & Team Management

Strong leadership to manage large teams & multiple sites.Ability to train and mentor technical staff.

5. Crisis Management & Business Continuity

Experience in emergency preparedness & disaster recovery planning.Quick decision-making in high-pressure situations.
