Job Description
Candidates will be assigned to a large automotive facility. They will be expected to perform service work and repairs on facility equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, then making the necessary repairs. Work will involve rooftops and within the facility, climbing ladders, and using lifts. The position requires shift flexibility for union work. Employees will work Monday to Friday for 40 hours a week, with shifts including 1-3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, and AWS shifts on Monday and Friday from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 6 PM to 6 AM. Once direct, the role will involve rigging, moving equipment, welding, dolly repairs, and dock and door plate installations and repairs.
