Job ID#208951** **Job Description:** As the General Maintenance Worker your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -Escort approved visitors throughout the facility -Perform general maintenance of buildings and equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in such tasks as carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, masonry, electrical, or plumbing activities -Operate gardening and grounds care equipment as required -Perform operator maintenance on all equipment used in the follow-through of duties and report higher echelon maintenance requirements to appropriate personnel -Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance, as required -Work flexible hours as required by the customer including weekends and holidays -Work overtime as required -Escort visitors -Perform general maintenance tasks -Operate gardening and grounds care equipment -Perform operator maintenance on equipment -Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance -Work flexible hours and overtime as required -Practical skill and knowledge in carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, masonry, electrical, or plumbing activities -Familiarity with operating gardening and grounds care equipment -Ability to work flexible hours and overtime -Good communication and teamwork skills. **Basic Qualifications:** -Experience performing general maintenance of buildings and equipment. -Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions up to 75% of the workday. -Must be able to climb ladders potentially as high as a two-story building. -Be available to work flexible hours as required by the customer including weekends and holidays. -Be available to work overtime as required. -Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance, and must have a Secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen. **Desired Skill:** -Must be able to carry 50 Lbs.
