**Job Title: Facility Operations Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our building. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems are functioning properly, manage vendor relationships, and maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning properly and schedule regular maintenance. + Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes. + Coordinate with external vendors for services such as cleaning, landscaping, and security. + Develop and manage the facility's budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking expenditures. + Address tenant concerns and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction. + Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct regular drills, and ensure all staff are trained. + Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility usage to reduce costs. + Oversee space allocation and ensure efficient use of available space. + Manage and train facility staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively. + Prepare regular reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and budget status for management team. **Essential Skills** + Operations management + Facilities maintenance/management + Preventative/corrective maintenance + Operational management + Project management + Management skills + Vendor management + Operation + Supervision + Customer service **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) + Proficiency in vendor management + Strong budgeting skills + Contract management experience **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and dynamic team that values innovation and excellence.
