What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Operations Specialist your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Duties include:
• Servicing equipment sets on the job site
• Ordering materials, tools, and instruments
• Preparing reports and maintaining records on equipment and preventive maintenance
• Completing required paperwork timely and accurately
• Troubleshooting equipment failures both in service center and on customer locations
• Practicing and promoting safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, and other required regulations
• Maintaining shelter and associated equipment that is supporting a unique operation
• Performing work in confined spaces and climbing ladders to perform duties related to work assignments
• Operating a forklift and aerial lift in an efficient manner
• Reading diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacture's specifications and comprehend information to accomplish assigned tasks
• Willing to work with all types of equipment
• Willing to train personnel in group setting.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $67,000 - $126,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
