Facility Operations Supervisor

The **Facility Operations Supervisor** will be responsible for the supervision of production crew(s) at the Company's Clive, UT facility performing non-hazardous and hazardous waste shredding operations. This is a physically demanding job requiring industrial labor under potentially adverse/challenging conditions (i.e. extreme cold). We offer a shuttle service to assist employees commuting from the surrounding area (Tooele/Grantsville/West Valley) to our facility's location off of Exit 49 on I-80. We are searching for a reliable and safety-oriented Supervisor to join our team!

+ Perform shredding operations, shredding nonflammable paint into roll off bins
+ Supervise and develop multiple Facility Technicians
+ Ensure proper routing and management according to specified efficiencies
+ Work closely with the Operations Manager to continue to develop and enhance the facility's throughput and operations
+ Ensure that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures and Environmental Compliance Permits
+ Develop daily production goals and ensure execution
+ Ensure SOP's are followed
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar Supervisory role is preferred
+ Waste handling and transportation experience is preferred
+ Forklift, roll off, and track hoe experience is a plus
+ Computer knowledge and usage is required
+ Excellent leadership skills a must
