Job Title: Facility Plumber

Job Description

Candidates will be assigned to one of the buildings at a large automotive facility in Warren. They will be expected to perform service work and repairs on plumbing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, followed by making the necessary repairs. Work will include tasks on rooftops and within the facility, requiring the use of ladders and lifts. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday.

ResponsibilitiesPerform service work and repairs on plumbing equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues.Make necessary repairs to plumbing systems.Work on rooftops and within the facility.Climb ladders and use lifts.Essential SkillsCommercial or Industrial Plumbing Service Experience.State Certified Journeyman card holder or equivalent.Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose leaks and pressure problems.Experience in making appropriate repairs.Installation of new parts including PVC, copper pipes, toilets, fixtures, water heaters, and chillers.Additional Skills & QualificationsBackflow certification (nice to have).Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $73840.00

Diret hire, Union after 90 days, great benefits. Opportunity to get hired into GM after 2-3 years. GM likes to pluck people from Aramark.
