As a Facility Security Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety standards of our facility. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operational flow of our facility and maintaining our high-quality standards. Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate safety programs, ensuring a secure and safe environment in the facility. • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. • Maintain meticulous records related to facility security, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate. • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure optimal facility operations. • Act as a key point of contact for all security-related issues, providing prompt resolution and support. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the effective execution of all safety and security protocols. • Stay updated on industry safety regulations and trends, ensuring the facility's practices are compliant and current. • Develop and deliver training programs to staff about security protocols and procedures. • Participate in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. • Regularly review and update security protocols, ensuring they meet or exceed industry standards. Requirements • Applicant must possess a strong background in Auditing, demonstrating the ability to assess and improve security measures. • Experience in Quality Assurance is required, ensuring all security protocols and procedures meet the highest standards. • Proficiency in Record Keeping is crucial, maintaining accurate documentation of all security incidents and preventive measures. • Familiarity with Safety Programs is necessary, showcasing the ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure the safety of the facility.
