Title: Facility Security Dispatcher
Location: Wayzata, MN
Salary: $18 per hour
Hours: Friday - Monday 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.; 32 hours

What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
Monitor building automation, fire, and security system alarms then follow the given call tree Dispatching various groups to address needs: custodial, maintenance, security, electrician, grounds, etc.Address various types of phone calls: emergency, security, food safety, and tenant requestsCreate work orders and escalate work based on given priority levels.Actively monitor CCTV (Closed Circuit Television)Decipher and route company email inquiries Written documentation on items needing escalation.

High School Diploma or GED.
